A panel discussion with Chef Sean Sherman, founder of The Sioux Chef, about Native American cuisine and food systems, sustainability, food justice, and food sovereignty. Panelists include Illinois State faculty, staff, and students affiliated with Food Studies and Native American Studies as well as representatives from Epiphany Farms, the Midwest Food Bank, the Savannah Institute, the Town of Normal, local food pantry and meal programs, and community gardens.
