WIOA Services Matrix: What are Bridge and ICAPS Programs

This presentation is being presented by the IL Community College Board’s Director of Work-Based Learning, who is their local expert on Bridges and ICAPS in the Adult Education (Title II) space. She will provide an overview of Bridge and ICAPS Programs from the Adult Education perspective and show how they connect with the WIOA Service Matrix. There will be time provided for questions and answers.
